Members

Members control who can view and manage a specific Application, separately from the org-wide Access grants that control who can reach Zilla Console at all.

Roles

Each member of an Application holds one app-scoped role: Owner, Admin, or Developer. Managing members requires write access on the Application.

Note

An Application must always keep at least one Owner. Demoting or removing the last Owner is rejected.

Add a Member

Members are chosen from the users who already belong to the organization, so add someone to Access first if they aren't there yet.

1. Navigate to Applications → [Application] → Details.
2. In the Members section, select Invite member.
3. Pick a user from the list. Users who are already members are not offered.

The user is added immediately as a Developer, with no acceptance step.

Change a Role or Remove a Member

From a member's row menu:

• Change role switches them to Owner, Admin, or Developer. Their current role is not selectable.
• Remove member revokes their access to this Application.
